The only way to fix that issue is to switch the 2D rendering engine BACK to Standard (GDI). The problem with that though is it breaks the 'extract pages' function when working with one of our specifications program. Switching their 2D rendering engine to Advanced (Skia) and disabling blend modes seems to help a lot with the performance issues.
